- SDSpoky Dim2 days ago4.0It was a good massage and a good experience but I do have to give my honest review and tell you that if you do not tip 20% or more then the employee will ask you for more money. Please just put a gratuity charge right away, that is so unprofessional to ask for more tips. I felt extremely uncomfortable being asked for a bigger tip and when I didn’t tip more I got looked at with disgust. Just put a gratuity charge or pay your employees more it’s not rocket science.

Honestly, the best foot massage I have ever had with a great attention to detail. I have had a hard time with them in the past because of foot pain but they are so skilled that they were able to relax tightened ligaments. Besides the skill of the workers, one of the nicest things about the spa is the atmosphere & facilities. It is hygienic with heated tables & pleasant music and calm lighting. I imagine that it is as nice to work in as it is to receive a spa treatment. They do a great job with setting up an appointments and providing reliable services and their main focus is delivering for customers. I highly recommend for all people with all kinds of needs because I know Q Spa will meet those needs and much, much more.

Booking my appointment was easy. Upon entering, I was greeted by a beautiful, friendly woman (whom I learned was the owner). She escorted me to my room. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Everything smelled fresh and clean. As for the massage itself, my expectations were fully met - I left feeling rejuvenated, with my nasty knots gone and my body totally relaxed. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
