- MFMark FishMar 3, 20262.0Been going to this Salon for a long time. Walk in today and its a new group of stylists. I dont have lot of hair and my cut is pretty simple so I didnt think twice. The lady that cut my hair was too short to see the top of my head and cut the sides very short and left the top uneven and crooked. She actually asked me to slouch down and i did but she still couldnt see. Have never had issues until today. Guess I need to find somewhere else. Its a shame because I go every 6 weeks and they are close to my home.

I ended up with it longer in the back and huge layers. Another worker had to even out the back because the person I had didnt understand I wanted it the same length all the way around and was giving comments under her breath about it. I thought I wasn't explaining it well. The second person did great in immediately knowing what I wanted and she fixed it up best she could but my cut is far from what I asked for and pretty disappointed in it.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
