But this time the lady (Abbi is her name) had zero experience / patience with a kid (and even if they didn’t have a person with experience with kids, they could just call me and we could reschedule it). Since she started she was invasive and tried to do everything fast with my 2 years old kid. I had to tell her the other ladies that have cut his hair always explain him what they are going to do first and he is fine (they even say he behaves really well). Then since my toddler didn’t allow her to cut one part of his hair she was like ok we are done. Her job was not done and she was rushing. She left my kid with a part of his hair not cut and had to cut it when we got to our home. 08.13.2025 As you can also see in this picture I contacted customer service and no helpful at all. They just tell you they are a franchise and they will contact the owner. But the owner NEVER reached back.
