    We had our Major Dental Clinics holiday retreat at the Well Spa at the Pfister with a group of eight, and the entire experience was exceptional. The spa manager, Juliah, organized everything flawlessly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. From coordinating our treatments to preparing the private space for our group, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The ambiance was serene, the staff was wonderful, and the treatments were outstanding. Truly a five-star experience — we will definitely be back!

    Kendall went above and beyond my expectations for my massage ; she gave me the BEST massage I’ve ever experienced thus far! (Including both out of country and in State). This was my 1st time at the WELL Spa & I am so impressed with how excellent my massage/spa experience was! Kendall was also so very kind & accommodating, & did an awesome job with my requested focus points during the massage. Her skills are amazing and very much appreciated! The other staff I encountered, including check in staff at front, were very friendly & accommodating as well Thanks so much Kendall & WELL Spa for this experience - can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

    It is very unfortunate that I have to give the Pfister Spa this rating. I was a loyal customer for many years and repeatedly driving from Chicago just for the experience. Using their online reservation service is glitchy and it appears I booked the wrong date. Years of loyalty nor one accidental date booking has been been considered when charging full rate for a service. Unfortunate but along with my four friends that frequent the spa this is a deal breaker. For a 4-star hotel who caters to a pri customer experience this is sad.
