  If I could give the WellSpa more than 5 stars, I would. I scheduled hair and makeup services for 12 people for my wedding. Not only did they communicate effectively throughout the entire process, Juliah was great with making sure everyone got the services they needed within the time permitted on the day of our wedding. I also want to give extra thanks to Sarah, my bridal hair and makeup specialist. I met her in October when we did my trial. I have acne prone skin which made the makeup application portion difficult. She stayed an hour past our appointment time to try different techniques to get the foundation to sit well on my face. I attended a concert after my trial, and the makeup held up during the entire night! We also tried a French twist hairstyle, and while she executed the style to match the inspiration photo, I was having second thoughts in the days after the trial. I emailed and asked if I could schedule a second trial, to which she offered more time on the day of my wedding to change things up if needed! I appreciate her flexibility and willingness to adapt in the moment. My hair and makeup held up all night! We also had a couples massage the morning after our wedding, which was amazing and exactly the relaxation that we needed. I highly recommend Sarah and the rest of the staff at the WellSpa staff for your event and spa needs.

  I had an excellent massage experience overall; however, the situation at checkout was disappointing. I booked a double Relax Me massage over the phone, but when it was time to pay, I noticed the total was off. I was then told the booking was for one deep tissue massage and one Relax Me massage. I am confident this was not what I originally booked. While I was willing to pay for the deep tissue massage because it was very well done, it was frustrating that my concern was dismissed and no effort was made to address or clarify the discrepancy. The experience left me feeling as though my explanation was not taken seriously, which took away from an otherwise great visit.

  Best pedicure I ever had! Jenny was very friendly. Her massage pressure was just right! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I am a local that was treating myself after Christmas. It was the perfect pampering I needed!

  This is an awesome spa. The hot stone massage I got from Debbie was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

  Used to love this spa and went here for years. I even recommended it to everyone I knew. Unfortunately, I came down with the flu the day of my massage appointment with my friend. I called the spa immediately that morning to let them know as I didn’t want to spread the flu. The front desk offered me credit to come back a different time for my massage. So I thought OK, they put it on my file to redeem later since I came there so often. But then I ended up moving out of town and it was harder for me to visit. I came back a year later and the front desk informs me when I book my appointment that this credit does not exist. I was really surprised because it had only been a year and they said they placed the credit on my account. They then say they will speak to their manager—the manager says that all their credits have expiration dates… which was never mentioned when they offered it and I didn’t receive a confirmation. So after going back/forth with the manager, I lost out on the service I had paid for and there wasn’t even a way for me to talk to my credit card company about services not rendered since a year passed. Overall, will no longer be recommending this place to friends and coworkers if they are going to throw away loyal clients.
