Never received from them reminder text or call but they keep lie they did I check my voicemail or missed call but never ever again.

She wasn’t notified of her appointment and I am responsible because I made the appointment. Bad business

The WELL Spa is very nice, I enjoyed the atmosphere and all of the folks who I interacted with. Unfortunately, it has been less than 6 days and my gel manicure is already chipping. I am pretty disappointed with this as I've never had a gel manicure chip so soon (and I've also never paid as much for a gel mani!). I had a great massage from Rachel and would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a relaxation-style massage experience.
