I asked for a trim to get rid of split ends, and said I thought that was 1-2 inches. I also asked my stylist Bree for her opinion. She cut maybe an inch off where my hair was thinning in the back. After leaving, I noticed that there are still many split ends in my hair and I can't tell a difference in my hair length. I was too socially shy to request her to cut more, so I guess that's on me. However, I was still disappointed and will go to another salon to fix it because I'm too embarrassed to go back. You do get what you pay for. If you want a quick, easy trim - this is definitely the place to go and I do still recommend it.

I even called ahead of time to see if they had a black hairstylist. As im writing this review, standing outside, leaning up against my car, the guy comes and locks the door ( the person that was ahead of me (she could see me through the glass must have told him i was by my car) so he locks the door....again its now 10 mi s before they close....sure its the day b4 cmas eve but still....all i wanted to do was pop in and get a haircut...thats the whole purpose of places like this right? Yeah....also i just got of work and had to drive all this way so i could go to a black stylist....yeah im never coming back...straighy trash.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
