I walk in, lady behind the counter is not friendly at all and very serious, but I just go with it. She puts my head over the sink and tells me she does not have time do do my highlights. How are you going to tell me that when clearly I made an appointment the day prior to do so? Also, I didn't want her to cut my hair at that point cause she would probably do it in a rush and it would look even worse than what it does. When i walked out the door they didn't even care. Good to see they have alot of business i guess. Thought I would give this place a second chance, but never again. Edit: they lady i am referring to is blonde and in her 40s to 50s.

It’s so long and healthy! She’s a whiz to color & extensions. You also won’t be strangers for long because she’s so personable and genuinely loves her clients and her work. I’ve been blonde my whole life and she’s transformed me into the most PERFECT cowboy copper! Run don’t walk to your next appointment with Molly. ❤️

But, to start when I made the appointment I asked about prices and was told someone level 2 or a 5 was the same price, made appointment with Lauren a 5 but was given a level 2. Style was nice but by noon the back was straight and Bobby pins were falling out. By wedding time hair was falling out and I needed to try and find more pins to try and get it back up myself.
