She always had a smile on her face and engaged with all customers. Always welcoming you in. The new people… all people I have never see before, are all very rude and they do not engage with the customers. They do not welcome you when you arrive and don’t engage while you are getting a haircut. Would not give my son lightening bolts.. said it is against policy… even though they are in the style book… was never an issue before. Very rude and unprofessional.
