You can check what the wait time is or get a text message for when to go in. I don't know my stylists name, but she cut my hair as I described and offered suggestions. She was efficient without compromising quality. I'm satisfied with my first visit to Great Clips.

- AOadrianna olsonFeb 11, 20261.0horrible, horrendous, awful, can’t think of a worse place to go. my boyfriend went, and every. single. time. the lady with blue hair MESSED HIM UPPPP. one side of his hair was below his eyebrows, and the other side an inch above his eyebrows. me, with no experience cutting hair, had to fix it. how is it that someone with no training, can do a better job than someone that’s BEEN cutting hair. can’t do a normal, half-decent hair cut to save their lives. will NEVER go back.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
