Half way through I realized I was done for because I asked for shaggy bangs and I ended up getting bangs with all the same length. I still left a tip though because my trim was nice. The stylist was constantly telling me how to style it with round brush because she knew she didn’t do what I wanted and now it looks so horrible. Never ever in my life will I be stepping back into this place.

She asked if I wanted her to trim my layers, then she started razoring my hair, not trimming the layers. Way too short. She also didn’t wash half my head, and didn’t wash the shampoo and conditioner out all the way: When my hair was snarly after the bad shampooing, she just ripped through it, instead of starting at the bottom. Horrible. But I still left a tip. If you have long hair, be careful, because an inch isn’t just an inch at this place:
