During recent visit, the hair stylist was rushing and did not follow the instructions provided my wife for my 9 year old boy's haircut. She didn't even allow my wife to stand near by and was very rude with her. She removed almost all the hairs although there was a record of prior haircuts. Its very frustrating experience.
