- LRLindsay RiemerFeb 19, 20262.0Went to get my hair cut the guy that cut my nephews hair was nice and did good however didn't take me to do mine waited for another stylist to come back. She didn't speak much and started cutting my hair and layering it concentrated on one side mostly then kept saying she didn't know and this couldn't be done ect she finally got another lady who then worked on my hair and I'm assuming did the best she could. My hair is shorter than expected one side has more layers than the other. If she didn't know what she was doing or want to do it she should of said that instead of just chopping away.

- AKAnam KhalidJul 19, 20201.0It’s nice to see them strictly enforcing facemasks however they are not able to acknowledge that kids under two should not be wearing a face mask according to CDC guidelines. I wanted to have a haircut on my daughter (who is less than two) but they will not entertain us even when I had one on and I did mentioned that CDC has clearly mention on its website that children under two should not wear a facemask. I do believe great clips should have a central policy and to my knowledge other great clips locations across USA are following the CDC guidelines.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
