Which sure I guess happens but my husband even called and confirmed the appointment beforehand..the woman working the front desk was very nice and got us rebooked but just sort of a lame on the part of the spa that they didn’t have a better way to handle this

My massage therapist, Laura, went above and beyond to make sure my massage was everything I needed. She was able to personalize my massage and made the experience so comfortable and relaxing. I really feel rejuvenated after that. Thank you, Laura! I am looking forward to booking with you again!
