Everyone was very friendly, and easy to get along with. Very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!!! P.s. dont mind the purple pen, I havent cleaned it off yet.

I've had mediocre experiences with other piercing/tattoo shops in the Madison area, but this one was clean, friendly, and professional. And my appointment was FUN! I got three piercings done (two lobes and a helix) and they were all quick and comfortable thanks to Ronni's expertise. The jewelry is cute and high-quality. The staff was knowledgable and great to talk with. I would absolutely recommend this place!

What I didn’t love, was the fact that their “Tipping Tips” are designed to make you feel guilty if you don’t tip a ton of money. I got two piercings for $50 and they recommended that I tip 40% if I thought they did okay, or tip 80% if I thought they did amazing. I did think my piercer did an amazing job but that doesn’t mean I want to pay a $40 tip on $50 piercings.
