  I admittedly get overwhelmed at Sephora. I had tried a few products that didn’t work. I was unsure of the return policy - looked it up in parking lot as I was headed to the store. Thirty days. Very reasonable. I was past that but it was an honest mistake as I do not frequent Sephora. With the extremely helpful employee JENNIFER - I was able to find some other items. Jennifer could not have been more pleasant, helpful and easy to communicate with! I left with some great new products and I would ask for her again when at Hilldale Sephora. They are lucky to have her - it is a lot of product to know and manage well! Thanks for your time and patience!

  Luz was so helpful and kind! She had great fragrance recommendations and even showed us some lip stains that I didn’t know I needed!! Thank you!

  The store is clean and organized but like other reviewers, I, too, have experienced odd customer service. I was considering a hair product purchase, but wanted to look at the reviews online. I was looking through the reviews when a worker approached me, and I looked at her very quickly and responded to her with, "I'm good, thanks," because I didn't need any help. She stood there and very gruffly said, "No, I asked you if you need any support." Yikes. Admittedly, I was preoccupied on my phone, and maybe that frustrated her, but she approached me without request. This store apparently needs better customer service training. I think I'll stick to ordering online.
