I ask about a product I’m told they are out yet I walk through the isle and there like 30 boxes of inventory that hasn’t been opened to put away yet. What happened to customer service?
- DBDanielle BrennenNov 18, 20222.0I don’t recommend this salon centric location , I love the products they have yet not worth the passive aggressiveness I get every time I stop in; it just seems to be one employee. Last time I asked about Amika product and she compared my hair to horse hair and I have natural textured curly hair. Another time I came in asking about the app and had my license and all identification to see if I could still purchase product and I had my daughter with me. I asked if we could get it set up before hand and she said after I was done shopping yet in the same breath insinuated I did not need to be there. I could look around but needed a license to purchase product and my daughter does not have one. I said right ( she’s under 5). It was clearly an inconvenience to her.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric’s return policy?
Store purchases with a valid receipt can be returned to a store. Orders $150 or less from SalonCentric.com or Salon Business Partner can be returned to a local store within 90 days (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be returned within 60 days with original receipt. Refunds are issued as gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used at checkout on SalonCentric.com.
