  Kimberly was very professional and went over everthing before the proceger. I was treated like royalty and was made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Everyone was awesome. At the end I was told about memberships from the owner and am proud to say I joined. There was no pressure at all. Would definitely recommend

  “I feel like a functional human again.” The words of my teenager who had been sick for 3 days with a fever and vomiting after she got her IV. She hates needles so much, but she felt bad enough that she was willing to try. Dawn was great, made the process as painless as possible. Grateful for the fluids and zofran and all the other things that helped her feel better. Would 100% go back if I were sick or my other kids were!

  Appointment scheduling was a breeze. So easy to do online for a next day appointment. Turnaround from going online to show up time was less than 24 hours. Additionally the phlebotomist hit the vein first try, no re-poking and no blow-out. Drip was done in 45 minutes. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect experience. Did I mention they have extremely comfortable recliners.

  I had an Immunity treatment today with my sisters and mom. We really enjoyed the entire experience. Taylor was amazing and helped us each pinpoint the best one for our unique needs. Loved the massage chairs! 100% recommend this spot to anyone looking for more energy, clearer mind, and a relaxing overall experience.

  We had a wonderful experience at Prime IV Madison when my son was suffering from high fevers and dehydration due to a viral illness. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier for both of us. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my son was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The IV therapy helped him rehydrate and start feeling better much faster than we expected. I’m so grateful for the level of care and compassion we received, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prime IV Madison to any parent dealing with a sick child who needs extra support.
