It says online that the express cut includes a shampoo and conditioning thing but now blow dry. I got a dry cut that's it. Same with my daughter. Also when I booked online we were booked for the same time with two different people but when I got there it was the same person for both of us. The person was very nice but again what the hell

They provided me with a refund, but I had to go to go elsewhere to fix it. Nice staff and there are a few talented stylists, but my past few experiences have been a nightmare. Will never return. Would look elsewhere.

I was really wanting a natural look with balayage and a long bob and she went above and beyond! It was great customer service and I definitely will be looking forward to continue going there!
