  I'm leaving wondering what the hell. So I came in for an Express cut for myself and a child's haircut for my daughter. It says online that the express cut includes a shampoo and conditioning thing but now blow dry. I got a dry cut that's it. Same with my daughter. Also when I booked online we were booked for the same time with two different people but when I got there it was the same person for both of us. The person was very nice but again what the hell

  Normally I’m pretty chill about my hair but this experience left a poor taste in my mouth. I came in asking for just a split ends trim and some highlights which resulted in this terrible haircut (first picture). I decided to put my hair in the hands of someone who recently started doing hair. The color wasn’t necessarily what I was thinking but I shrugged it off, thinking I didn’t communicate even though I did show a picture of how I wanted my color to look. I didn’t notice the uneven parts until after I got home, otherwise I probably would’ve asked if a pro-stylist there could’ve corrected it. I live paycheck to paycheck so I had to wait until my next paycheck to fix what should’ve already been covered. I ended up going to another salon who was able to fix it, unfortunately resulting in a bunch of my hair getting cut off as result (second picture). I’m sure it was just the stylist experience and they should’ve been honest they weren’t familiar with wavy thick hair. I spent nearly 300 getting this done and then corrected so I’m a little irritated and probably will just splurge on a more “seasoned” stylist in the future.

  The stylist damaged my hair! Attempted to fix it which took four hours. Left with orange hair that was dry from all the extra processing. They provided me with a refund, but I had to go to go elsewhere to fix it. Nice staff and there are a few talented stylists, but my past few experiences have been a nightmare. Will never return. Would look elsewhere.

  I got my hair done today and shout out to Jackie! I have been struggling with my hair for over a year now and no stylist could seem to do it right until today. I was really wanting a natural look with balayage and a long bob and she went above and beyond! It was great customer service and I definitely will be looking forward to continue going there!
