KEYWORD “was,” first time I came back, customer service was meh, just felt plain and empty hospitality, like if you were talking with a boring monotone person who barely talks to you. But anyways didn’t mind that. Now as a recent, same customer service vibe, like the females who work here, if you don’t want to work here, then don’t. But please provide more open experience, because this is not how I remember how great this customer service was. Anyways this was not the worst thing, but today got my haircut, not as good as the first time from other stylist, but atleast other stylist did a good job, this stylist cut a front edge/part my hair revealing it. And the fact I tip her that much shouldn’t have been 20% worth tip more like 5%. Overall, please staff be more kind and earn your tip, instead of just providing bad quality, and bad hospitality.
