- GKGreta KSep 9, 20252.0Unfortunately I would not recommend electrolysis here if you can go elsewhere. At my first appointment, I mentioned how painful the experience was and was met with a dismissive response belittling how I felt. It’s worth noting I have a pretty high pain tolerance and am not one to speak up unless it’s unbearable. I decided to continue, as a numbing cream was offered to me before my subsequent appointments which I greatly appreciated. However, this offer was rescinded that offer a couple sessions later, saying, “can’t you just have the doctors you work with prescribe you something?” No, I can’t do that, and tried to figure out a solution to make the treatment tolerable, but there was no solution offered. Overall not impressed with the professionalism. I have since been to a different business in the area that was a small fraction of the pain with the same hair reduction.
