My mom does not drive, so she relies on public transportation. She had been a loyal customer to this salon. My mom called back when the weather was better to see if she could still come to her appointment, but the appointment had been filled. The salon sent my mom a bill for $160 for missing her appointment!!! My mom wrote to the salon to explain what happened, but she never received a response!

No matter what service she provides she always takes time to listen and ensure the end result is what I wanted. I was nervous about dying my hair for the first time and I just wanted a little face framing color. She worked through the process so diligently. I also have tricky combination curly hair and she understood how to cut it so it all aligned. Bonus kudos for understanding my introvert personality and having a great balance of chatting and silence which I appreciate :) Thank you, Lily!

She had great ideas and checked in. The cut she gave me is super-cute with my fine hair (yay for the 2025 pixie shag trend) and one of the best I've had in the last few years. I'll be back!
