She seemed really experienced and it was nice to meet her. Honestly I didn't really get the color I wanted. I asked for my natural hair color (the color at my roots) but it was a couple shades darker. My hair was color matched with a book so I'm not really sure where it went wrong, but I have photos of my untouched hair and it's definitely a bit lighter. I honestly don't love the color, and probably should've mentioned something then, but I'm not the best at confrontation in these situations. As well, when I booked the appointment online, it claimed the hair color with no cut would be 120-130 dollars, but when I checked out the total was almost 190 dollars. That's fine, but I don't know why the price when I booked it was quite different—I didn't add anything as far as I'm aware. The staff seemed so nice so I want to clarify that I really appreciated everyone's kindness, I just have problems with these specific things.
