  I highly recommend Electrolysis Clinic & Laser! This was my first time seeking electrolysis, and every interaction with this clinic and practitioners (even my initial phone call) has been the perfect blend of professionalism and amiability. I've been seeing Whitney for several months now, and during my first consultation/visit, she explained the entire process and clearly is very knowledgeable about the services she provides. I was also surprised at how relatively pain-free my sessions are, and I'm so grateful for the excellent results we're seeing. The clinic is very clean and hygienic, and communicating with staff for appointments or questions couldn't be easier. Highly recommend!

  Good quality work! I WILL say that the technician was annoyed that I was uncomfortable during electrology work. She made a comment that "people who want their hair gone don't flinch." When I spend get 75 bucks on a 30-minute treatment, I just want someone to be gentle with me. If you're less sensitive emotionally and physically, I would highly recommend this place, but if you want a patient/ compassionate approach, this was not my experience. I now see another review that says a similar thing. Left with way less hair and a bit less self-esteem!

  I love both Liz and Teri. They are totally professional, experienced and experts at what they do. They are on time- I appreciate that they consider my schedule. I have had great results and have been a customer for three years. I will continue to give them my business and referrals. This business has been around more than ten years and they are constantly busy and booked. I trust them completely.

  I went here to have some unwanted hair removed and I tried both the Laser and Electrolysis method. Teri is very kind but I cannot say the same for her parter, Liz. Liz was rude and short with me. She seemed annoyed that the Electrolysis hurt me. I like Teri but not enough to risk getting another appointment with Liz and quite frankly I'd rather not go there when only one person is nice.
