- CBColton BridgesJan 15, 20261.0The hair on the side of my head ended up longer then the hair on top of my head. Asked for a taper and a blend into the top. She cut maybe an inch up from my neck and ear then just mangled my hair. Have pictures for reference. Nothing was even from top to bottom or from front to back. Have gone many times and unfortunately this is my review. Wait a week and book something nice. Then on top it they add some tag referencing on my hairline? lol zero star if I could. Maybe hire people that know how to cut hair? Honestly a joke. Save your time and money. Have never had a worse hair cut.
- BMBrittany MallJan 11, 20263.0I’ve had really good experiences before today that’s why I gave it a 3 star… I am hard of hearing and when I called earlier today I had asked if they had any appointments in the next 20 mins the lady had said something which I think I heard that she didn’t have anything but I asked the lady to clarify on what she said. She huffed and hung up on me. Since I didn’t hear what she had said ( and since I was already in lake Geneva I drove over) I then found out that they didn’t have any openings… I am not upset that they didn’t have any openings, I am upset that I was hung up on. I just asked for her to repeat on what she said

My head had hair ripped out while she tried to use blending scissors. She also did not match the sides and created weird patches & uneven parts. I paid for her to stop. She has no business cutting hair.

Was expecting perhaps looks of disappointment because they were minutes from closing. But it was the total opposite. We were greeted very warmly with smiles and felt super welcome & not an inconvenience! Not only did they do an amazing job. They took their time as if it were a mid day haircut! Ridiculously good skills and 5 star personalities!!!!

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
