She huffed and hung up on me. Since I didn’t hear what she had said ( and since I was already in lake Geneva I drove over) I then found out that they didn’t have any openings… I am not upset that they didn’t have any openings, I am upset that I was hung up on. I just asked for her to repeat on what she said

My head had hair ripped out while she tried to use blending scissors. She also did not match the sides and created weird patches & uneven parts. I paid for her to stop. Was expecting perhaps looks of disappointment because they were minutes from closing. But it was the total opposite. We were greeted very warmly with smiles and felt super welcome & not an inconvenience! Not only did they do an amazing job. They took their time as if it were a mid day haircut! Ridiculously good skills and 5 star personalities!!!!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
