Forget about walk-ins, "great" clips forces you to register online, or be faced with a 45+ minute wait. That's the first negative. Walk in with an online appt, and be drilled to give more personal info. This includes your minor children that insist on full name, zip, phone #, etc.,..This level of "required" information, just to get a darn haircut, is unacceptable. Combine that with an outright culture of nasty, there are other places to spend your money. I question this entire chain's culture and business model, based on this most recent encounter.
