They never seem to be as well stocked as other locations or have the same selections. Not having hours on Sundays makes it difficult to stock up some weeks and I end up having to drive an hour or more to a different location to get the supplies needed. It's gotten to the point I just go to other locations in general because I get better service, am able to get the supplies i need when i need them and am able to have questions answered if I have them, without feeling like I'm burdening the worker.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
