- EAElena AzzaJun 29, 20251.0Went in on a Sunday morning. A lady with pride nails. (Nothing against that, just pointing her out since she didn't give her name.) Brought in my 4 year old. She had a hard time even signing us in. Then she toke us a few mins later, I explained i needed to sit with him because he's a high energy 4 year old. She immediately said he needed to sit a certain way and I complied. I explained he was probably confused brcause all other stylists had him sit forward. Her response, "well in all my 27 years never heard of this." Ok lady....Then she said his hair was in knots in asked me if he ever was recently in chlorine and I stated no. He dislikes water. She then asked "do you brush his hair? I mean, I can brush since our lobby isn't busy but we don't generally spend time on this. Hugely dramatic as she was combed through in less than 2 mins. The entire time was comments like "honey, you cant sit on mommy, "sit up" ohh! Backing up. Watch my stomach, your going to cut me, this isn't safe." She was an extremely unprofessional and has no business cutting kids hair. 27 years you say? Go to customer service training then! Wow! So rude! Also, she couldn't even check us out eiether so get her some computer training!
