- LKLiz KitchenSep 30, 20251.0I’m literally walking out right now from this store wow whoever that chick is working right now has a nasty attitude. First I own a construction business and I will never treat anyone the way she does. I was with my son i came to get shampoo and conditioner as soon as she saw my son she came and ask him what are your looking for like if he was going to steal or something. I was at the other isle looking at the moroccan hair product and my son tells her oh just here with my mom he points at me and she ran fast to see what i was doing and she yells 2 times what are you looking for and stays there like if im robbing her. She made everything uncomfortable. I have never experienced this before at this store. I will take my money somewhere else sephora do better i spend thousands of dollars with you and this is the service i get. Smh
- EBEri BailDec 2, 20242.0Three employees at the Sephora. Not a single one asked me if I needed help. Ignored me like the plague even as I carried around a full basket. One spent 13 min helping an older women buy three things. Another, a manager overrode a coupon for a customer. I get to checkout and step up and they are downright offended to be ringing me up. Manager tries to leave and find another employee. Mind you- I am spending $ and dressed Well. Do better.
