I stopped in after work for a quick haircut, but the new stylist seemed rushed, unfriendly, and rude. The entire haircut was done in about 10 minutes with no questions or communication. For a $22 service, I expect a bit more courtesy and attention to detail. Not sure if he was having a bad day! I still tipped him $7 in the holiday spirit, but I hope management pays closer attention to who they hire. Thanks.

It simply feels like there is non care. $21 is a lot to spend on a haircut and I shouldn't have to tell the stylist how to do their jobs. I literally just told someone I think I'm done going. They need to go through the entirety of the hair and stop with the shortcuts. Enough. I'm wasting my time.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
