- LRLNK RNMar 23, 20233.0I have mixed emotions for now about this location. I met a woman who doesn't want to work and a woman who really enjoyed her job. The first woman I asked for an item I was looking for stated that it's not in stock(didn't look in drawer or anywhere) but I could always place an order online, BUT I looked it up and it said the item was in stock so I asked another employee who verified it was in stock and found out there were a bunch of this item in the back somewhere. I'll try a couple more times at this location and update at a later time.Good luck.
- TTTaylorDec 24, 20221.0Looked on their website and it said they were open until 9 on Christmas eve. Drove all the way there only to find out they were closed. I walked up to the doors and a Manager was letting what must of been some employees out through the doors, he open the doors and I said, " it says online you guys are open until....." as I was talking he rolled his eyes and slammed the double doors in my face mid sentence..... I was dumb founded. Couldn't believe it. I wasn't being confrontational, rude or anything. Was simply talking and he slammed them in my face mid sentence... if kohl's employees such incredibly rude people. From this day forth, I will NEVER set foot in another kohl's store in my life. And I will share my story with others and do my absolute best to convince others to do the same and never shop at any kohl's either. I'm still in shock. Can't beleive it. On Xmas eve too. Just can't believe it. Good bye.
