When I got home I needed to put my hair in a ponytail. Glad I did! My hair looked horrible!! Was uneven around my face and uneven in the back. Tried to call but they don't answer the phone. Drove back showed the very nice woman at the desk and she apologized. Told me that the originally did the cut to fix it. Was not comfortable with that. She offered to fix it. She fixed it but my hair still looks off, she was really nice and and happy she even it out. The original stylist saw me and didn't apologize or even off to refund the tip I gave her. Very frustrating because I am pretty new to Grafton and now I have no clue where I can get a good haircut the first time.
