Unfortunately, the stylist spent only 5-7 minutes on my hair, and the result was not what I expected. The cut looks rough and isn't even in proper shape. I feel like my hair was completely messed with. The stylist seemed unprofessional, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service. This was my first time here, and it will definitely be my last. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality haircut.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
