After months of calling I finally found her, if anyone is looking for her she is at Sport clips on S27th in Franklin!

She then asked if I wanted layers and I said no to which she responded it would look bad without layers. I now have hair that is 5+ inches shorter, layered and not able to be pulled back for my job because it’s basically a bob. I understand I have dry damaged hair but would like to at least be asked before going above the 3” she originally said would need to come off

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
