- JHJoanna HernándezMar 13, 20261.0I came in asking to cut my ends, because of damage and showed a reference picture of what I wanted as a hair cut, a nice fall down of hair, my hair was almost as long as my hip, and I walked out of there with layers which you can see at naked eye as lines that go all the way up to my shoulders, I’ve been cutting my hair myself for years because I didn’t want my hair to be cut wrongly by someone, I decide to finally give it a chance and it came out wrong :(

- PPPersonDec 30, 20252.0Older lady with crazy eyebrows is insane. So condescending and weird bad attitude. First thing I said was, I wanted the same look but a little different. She proceeded to say, “you can get the same or you can get different, can’t do both.” Like WHAAAT???? Okay? The only difference I wanted was the front to be a little shorter. The attitude for what??? Never let me speak before interrupting to tell me I was wrong. I came in with a plan and pictures and she basically tried to talk me out of I wanted because “she knew better.” If you hate your job and eyebrows that much, don’t take it out on customers. I feel like everyone else is nice, patient and understanding. Stay clear of her.
