I went in without having ever gotten makeup that isn't drugstore before and they were super kind helping me shade match and giving me recommendations. The only downside to this store was just that a lot of things were out of stock. I ended up having to order a lot of things through the online store. Overall, wonderful customer service-wish the store had more in-person options.

It’s become so much of an issue that when I was in the store the other day she simply just refused to assist me in finding a powder foundation in my tone. A different associate, Cassidy I think, picked up her slack and helped me find what I needed! Please put the dyed hair individual somewhere she doesn’t need to help customers, thanks!
