The JCPenny salon and associates told me what shampoo and conditioner to use. As well as a spray to put on before straightening my hair. They wanted to make sure I took care of my hair so the treatment lasted a long time. Even though I didn't get the treatment done there, they treated me like I had. I will definitely come back.
