Gonna try cutting my own hair now. I'll just go to a salon for a "nice" haircut when I have to go to an event (not often). Price should be $15 maximum....everyone suffers from inflation...suck it up or change. You dont need 12+ chairs when you have 2 people working.

I had found true pride in the health and look of my hair but wanted to treat myself to a cut as it had been awhile. My stylist and I “agreed” on 3 inches, but after flipping the back of my hair up front to my chest it no longer even goes past my chest area. I had one side of the front of my hair cut, and the hair was cut so short it now rests at my chin level. I instantly could have cried and told her to leave the other side uncut, now leaving me with a 6 inch difference in the front of my face. This happened in July so by no means am I asking for a refund, but I do want to notify other customers that if they value their long hair this may not be the place to go.
