- NWNicole WittkoppMar 20, 20263.0Ugh, I like this place but I have some issues. #1- the individual I have seen twice hasn’t really exactly given me what I wanted for my hair- I ALWAYS ask for it to be lighter (less volume and hair weight) and somehow this never ends up being the case… I just end up with the craziest layers in my hair that are too much. #2- I originally went to this place because they have a 25% discount for your first 3 visits (I believe) and I thought that was fantastic! Used it my first visit and that was that. Well then… I go back and ask for it again and my stylist tells me you have to use that within 6 months- not mentioned prior (I guess the website says this) but I was never told! I would have come back in that allotted time but no one told me! I was just a little disappointed when I went into get a haircut excited about my deal and then didn’t end up getting one (and I ALWAYS tip what the amount was before the discount). So, I don’t think I’ll be back but maybe I’m picky.
