Her techniques are one of a kind, and her professionalism is a rarity these days. I left feeling energized and refreshed, thank you!
- COCiara OmernikJun 9, 20211.0the worst nail experience i’ve ever had. i was charged $85 for french tip “acrylic”, they’re actually just the plastic tips with gel polish on them, nails (she stated that because they are “a different shape”, i asked for almond, and french tips that the total would not be $60 as shown on her website, but would be $85. she did not tell me this until after she did my nails, otherwise i would have simply left). she cut me 4 times and rushed through the last half hour of my appointment because she had to take a phone call near the beginning, which was incredibly unprofessional. i asked for a refund and she refused. i will never come back here. absolutely appalled at the service and price. all i want is my $100 (i tipped to be friendly, big mistake) back, im so upset.
