She explained the process of a needle piercing very thoroughly, explained the aftercare process, and made sure I knew that if I ever had any questions or concerns, that the Rowan associates would always be here to help. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! 10/10 service and piercing!

They were even able to do both ears at the same time which was a relief! Would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks all!

- KSKatie SmithMar 1, 20261.0Let's just start off with they do not take walk ins at all. My daughter and I were shopping and stopped in to get her ears pierced a couple weeks ago. They said sorry we are booked all day. You need to make an appointment. I said ok no problem. So I decided to make an appointment today. Worst experience ever. We walked in and both piercers(nurses) said nothing. Not a hello or we will be with you in a couple minutes. So we just decided to sit down and they finished with their clients. They were checking out one of the clients and someone walked in and the one nurse decided to help her instead of acknowledging us. I stood up and asked what the problem was. She said sorry there is only 2 of us. I said well I made an appointment. So then she decided to dismiss the other lady and help us. Didn't go through anything. Just said what do you want. We picked a set of earrings out and then she showed us to the piercing chair. She didn't engage or make it enjoyable at all. My daughter felt so uncomfortable. She pretty much dotted her ears and said are we good?? Then went the check out and made us feel even more uncomfortable with us not knowing the after care. She said well if you don't buy our after care your taking your chance of it not healing. I just wanted to get out of there so I said no thank you and left. After $115 and being there not more than 10 mins I would never recommend this place. I was trying to have an enjoyable experience with my daughter and the nurse made it very uncomfortable.
- AAavillegas2690Feb 23, 20262.0Took my 3 year old less than a week ago to get her ears pierced. Now one ear is awesome! Did a good job, was super quick. (They had done them together) My toddler didn't even flinch or cry, and sat extremely still. The other ear well that one was pierced at about a 30° angle if not more. My daughter has been super good about not touching her ears and getting them cleaned, but was complaining about her left ear. I had taken that one out and will be going back to get it redone, and not by the same nurse.
