- KLKate LynnMar 17, 20221.0We had made a group appointment. 4 days before the appointment one person tested positive for COVID and others were exposed. When we notified them we could no longer make our appointment because of this, we were told we could avoid the cancellation fee by still keeping and attending the appointments. We chose to cancel but I am disappointed that this place disregarded the health and safety of their employees and guests by giving us the option to keep the appointment. We figured businesses would take the bare minimum precautions so the fact you can attend COVID positive/potentially positive even after making them aware does not make me want to give this place another try. We also experienced terrible customer service trying to book the appointments. It was very difficult to book a group of 5 and appointments were scheduled hours apart. Now knowing there are no safety precautions, we would not have felt safe spending hours in their lounge area with other guests.
