  Harmony performed a wash and round brush style today. Harmony did an excellent job. First time using JCP salon in Ashwaubenon. I will be back.

  Edited: Her name is Glenda! Don’t know her name, but brought my daughter for a walk in hair cut today. Asked for a simple bob, a line bob with light stacking. It’s a popular haircut. Lady was older, curly thin hair with grown out color. Dark eye mascara and messy eyeliner. Weird conversation, made me feel uncomfortable. As a previous stylist I quickly saw this was going south. She started whacking away at my daughter’s hair with a razor. Didn’t use a guide when cutting. Everything was uneven. Different cutting angles, nothing symmetrical. She says, “I sculpt the hair!” Lol laughable. Use a guide. An hour later we sat there and she had jacked up the back and was about to do the front. When I saw her pick up a chunk of hair and just snip it, making the front a lot shorter. I said nope. We’re gone. I stopped her in her tracks. The back was a nightmare. The lady said she’d gone to beauty school twice and used to work in Marinette. Go elsewhere!!!!!

  Tatum is amazing! Scheduled again with her baby highlights took her time did not rush and listened to me. I am beyond pleased!

  Damn the stylists here are extremely rude! The receptionist was above and beyond nice just like the store employees but thats completely beside the actual stylists. I wanted to get an estimate on my haircut and when the receptionist took me to the fist styler she didnt even want to look away from her mirror that she was doing her makeup on. She told her if Ally was available to hand me over, and this was a blond. When i went to ally she told me to go sit because she wasnt prepped. I asked for the estimate first and when she told me it would be $32 I said i would look elsewhere.
