  I came in for a color match because everything I’ve tried on my own has made me look orange. She instantly knew which brand and shade would work for me, and even helped me pick out a concealer and a few other products to complement it. As a mom who’s put herself on the back burner and is totally clueless about what to use these days, she really came through. She was patient with all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I feel terrible because I forgot her name (it starts with a Q!), but thank you so much! I tried everything this morning and for once, I don’t hate my makeup. I actually feel better instead of worse. You’re amazing, and I hope your pillow is forever cold 🫶

  It was very good to take all the clothes and a very felt happy and I felt very fun sustained Kohl's and I understand that it was very cool buy clothes for my mom

  My card got declined and we decided to do most on cash some on card. The worker said that the card declined because of the registers fault. She gave me my money back. But I looked at my Venmo and it said I spent all of my money there without getting the products.

  Okay so the reason for this 1 star rating is because at this Sephora they are racist. So backstory me and my friends went to the mall and we also went to this Sephora together so we were just shopping around and looking at everything they have and talking and just having a good time when all of a sudden one of the workers come to us and starts asking us about a lash glue that they are missing and questioning us and thinking we stole, which is fine and whatever even though we didn’t steal. but one thing she said was “and we know your kind “ and when she said that she looks at my friend which is darker than all of the friend group. But she didn’t even ask any of us or was concerned with the rest of us only my friend. So after that happened we all decided to leave because we didn’t want to shop there anymore obviously. So we left and we’re fine like they never called security or anything so we just left it at that and thought that it was over. But like maybe a few days later my friend who is darker gets a call from her sister saying that the lady at Sephora confronted her and told her to check her bags and stuff like that and kept say stuff about how she stole and stuff you know. The reason the worker knew it was her sister is bc they look very similar so yeah. But all in all I am disgusted with Sephora's behavior and how they treat their customers her. But I hope in the future they decide to treat people better but for now I will not be shopping here again.
