I told her I wanted to use my points, and she said she could help with that. However, when it was our turn, she didn’t ask about using my points at all. Instead, she was more interested in asking about my husband’s occupation than actually assisting with our purchase. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Definitely not the welcoming and customer-focused service I expected.

The cashier was kind and reminded me that I was able to pick out a birthday gift, my birthday is on Friday. I picked the Summer Fridays b-day gift. However, I went to the restroom before leaving the mall and was going to apply some lip balm - to my surprise it was not inside the box. I immediately walked back to inform them the lip balm was not inside the box. They gave me a new one and the employee asked if I wanted to check to make sure it was inside this box… it was. I was just really thrown off by her demeanor / attitude about replacing it. These boxes have no tape or any type of protection from opening the box and tampering with said products .. which i also feel uncomfortable with. I do not want to be accusatory, but Sephora I would check the cameras and to other shoppers check your gift before leaving the store.
