- BVBelinda VickerJan 20, 20261.0Extremely rude! First time going for an online order pickup and last. Walked in and informed I had an online pickup. The girl went back and then asked while looking if it "could it be under a different name?" I said no, just placed the order last night. The girl then walks up to the register and asks same question, "could it be under a different name?" I gave the same answer. She then proceededs TO PUT THE PAPER, SHE WAS LOOKING AT, IN MY FACE, POINTING TO MY MAIDEN NAME, and asks if the order was under a different name. Honey, don't keep asking the same question if you don't want the same answer. If you would of asked "could there be a different last name? I see one for a Belinda." I proceeded to be polite and informed it was a good thing I could read. I'm a manager and this is a red flag! This is someone who clearly cannot problem solve or cares how they treat customers. Good luck too you. Ill gladly pay shipping moving forward.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
