  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Kayla at Lush in Appleton! She was incredibly helpful and informative, explaining how each product was made and helping me choose the perfect items for myself, my husband, and my kids. You could tell she truly loves her job and genuinely cared about making my first visit unforgettable. She was such a breath of fresh air and a joy to be around. Highly recommend her service!

  These are the best products I've tried and I always love coming here. Today was busier than I've seen and I happened to be looking for something new. Danielle was super quick to help me, had great suggestions and was really enjoyable to talk to.

  Literally the most amazing woman helped me I didn’t catch her name but blonde hair and such a sweetheart was super super friendly and helpful absolutely made my day

  I love Lush as a brand and have been going to their stores since 2012, when I moved to WI this happened to be the closest one. At first I had pretty good experiences here but the last three times I have visited I have felt unwanted. I have been talked to in a condescending tone by two employees on separate occasions. There have been microagressions throughout my last few experiences and it makes me not want to visit this location specifically.

  The staff here are always welcoming and friendly! They are extremely knowledgeable about all of their products, and all seem to be really passionate about the things they sell. Danielle helped me today and she was extremely informative and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted (and things I didn’t even know I wanted!) This store has a great vibe, great products, and the best staff!
