I know my mom and I have been a fan since Lush came out from the very beginning but we’ve never really got to know what Lush was really about and what they stand for (we usually just go in and out and get our usual bath bombs for my little siblings) I learned so much about Lush and their products and I had the help from Kayla! She’s super helpful and very knowledgeable about their products! She also helped me pick out bath bombs and bubble bars and just with those quick help she was able to tell what kind of fragrance I liked and didn’t like and I love that because it made my shopping trip very easy and now she definitely put me on the lemongrass hand bar soap and the tingle body conditioner! She was amazing and made everything about Lush just more meaningful than what meets the eye. Thanks girl!

While browsing and using the available product samples—something I understand is encouraged—I was approached by a staff member in a way that felt more suspicious than welcoming. The tone and interaction gave the impression that I was being monitored rather than helped. Later, when I returned to purchase a toner, I noticed another staff member was directed to “assist” my companions while I was being helped. The situation felt uncomfortable and left the impression that we were being watched rather than treated like regular customers. I’m sharing this not to cause a problem, but because I think it's important for staff to be aware of how certain interactions can come across. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed.
