- BBBradleyNov 11, 20251.0Checked in on the app with a 20 some min wait, I waited till the app told me to head to the saloon which was well over 20 mins to begin with, drove across town, arrived to find a single older hair-stylist. I was second in line with a 120+ min wait on screen. While waiting for my cut, the hair-stylist allowed the client/guest to cut his own bangs/hair with her clippers while she watched. Never seen that before. After another half hour right as she was slowly cleaning up #1 in line comes in. She proceeded to tell me rudely “ you do realize this is the busiest great clips in Appleton”. I left upset after waiting nearly a hour and counting after I was told to head there. Why was she alone if she was so busy? If you plan to get a haircut here, expect significant delays and unprofessional staff.
