- FKFaith KAug 30, 20255.0The girl who did my hair was so nice and sweet, she did exactly what i asked for and checked in throughout to make sure it was right! She’s going to go back to school to be an instructor and i hope she has so much fun! Plus it was only $33 for a wash and cut!
- CBChenal BakerAug 24, 20251.0Checked in online and the second me and my kids walked into the store a worker was standing at the front desk with a horrible attitude asked us if we were another customer on the list I replied no and told her who we were she asked very Rudely for my kids names. Not friendly what so ever! I asked her why she has such a snobby attitude towards us and she said “I DONT”. Don’t reccommend if you want to deal with snobby people. You should greet paying customers with a little less attitude next time.

I have natural wavy/curly hair… well this is what I got my curls are ruined in the back because of how she cut the hair. She never asked if I wanted it thinned which is what she did with her scissors. And gave me a lot of layers And than didnt Even layer the side parts of my head. the back layers in the back of my head is way too high up. The last time I went in there the manager did an great job but if u get anyone else it seems to go this way. Bad. I feel like they went Edward Scissorhands on my hair!

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
