- LPLibbie PoirierOct 11, 20255.0Lydia did such an awesome job cutting my hair. She cut off probably 6-8” and I was really nervous getting a bob. But she did such a rocking job. I love it. I would recommend JCpenny hair to anyone, and I would go back there. Good price, kind qualified service.

But when I arrived the stylist spent almost the entire time lecturing me about how she could do a better job if I had arrived sooner and now she can't leave when she wanted to because of me. Not very professional.
