  Lydia did such an awesome job cutting my hair. She cut off probably 6-8” and I was really nervous getting a bob. But she did such a rocking job. I love it. I would recommend JCpenny hair to anyone, and I would go back there. Good price, kind qualified service.

  Karla was cutting my hair and made a comment that it was like spiderwebs back there. This was after me telling her that I just went through a major bout of depression and that I hadn't been taking care of my hair properly. I blew it off like it was no big deal, but it was, and I will never set foot back into the Jcpenny hair salon again!

  I got my hair done today by Krystal! I loved it and she was very nice to me. I’ve gotten my hair done previously by this salon by different ladies and every time was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend it here! (:

  Terrible. I waited over 20 min because they were late to work, then went to schedule AGAIN and they hung up on me while I was checking my calendar. Not to mention the last time i went in, the apparent manager was so rude! Not going back.

  I purchased a gift card for my mother to do her hair. My mother has curly thick hair and went in to dye her grays. Becky at the salon Took 4 hours to do the job or so she thought. The problem happened after looking at herself that the color she had chosen wasn't even there. This hair dresser did bleached highlights (when not requested) leaving her grays still in sight, burning her hair to the point that it was falling off. When the woman was rinsing her hair, two sinks got clogged with desintegrated hair. My mother, without her glasses, could not see the outcome of her hair until she paid and went to the jewelry section mirrors at which point she started to cry. Management sided with the hair dresser stating that a consultation was given before starting the job, however at the site of hair continuously falling agreed to re -dye it and give her 7 mosturizing sessions. After talking to a hair dresser friend from out of state, she warned my mom not to put any other chemical or even wet her hair for two weeks because it would all fall off. So she turned down the re-dye scheduled later that day. The salon manager Offered re-dye full knowing the awful consequences of yet another dye on dead hair. I would never trust any of their hair dressers. If my mother had thin straight hair like so many women do, she would have lost all of it! Terrible job, damaged her scalp, killed her hair and waisted a whole day ... came out with white highlights when all she wanted to do is cover her gray! Don't trust when Becky says "trust me, I know what I'm doing ".
