She was incredibly sweet to me (even though I had no makeup on and pjs lol) treated me like a human which is not a normal occurrence while I’m dressed lazy. Anyways, she matched me with the Haus Labs foundation and helped me pick a concealer. First and foremost, I’m in love with both products and she did amazing job. It felt like a very genuine interaction, which I really needed. Thank you for embodying the kindness that all of us humans need, Jo!
