- CCcinde carriganOct 30, 20251.0attempted to get my color consult appointment today, when i arrived the color specialist had already taken her next client back. receptionist apologized and asked if i wanted to have a consult with another stylist or reschedule, i declined and made sure i wouldn't be charged as no show. after i left i received text saying my appointment has been rescheduled for right then! then later got another text saying oops looks like you missed your appointment! you may be charged %50 of the service you booked. called the salon to make sure i didn't get charged, receptionist apologized again for the confusion but didn't have an answer for why i was rebooked when i asked specifically not to be. just tired of salons messing around
- LFLarissa ForsOct 30, 20255.0I walked in and was greeted right away I was early so she wasn't quite done yet with her other client which was fine she then came out and asked me to follow her I went back to her stall and she then asked what I was there to do, which was to commemorate my mom by getting purple 🟣 in my hair but unfortunately I wasn't able to get a true purple she was able to do a more violet red because of my hair and using a BLACK home coloring kit. She did amazing and she also was very helpful with listening to me tell her all about me. Lol but seriously I had a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you my hair felt light and airy and free. I will be going back again.

I am OVERLY greatful for them to get me in last minute especially when I work nights and have my 2 year old during the day with nobody to help watch her until her dad gets home from his dayshift job. So getting my hair cut has been extremely impossible. They got me in last minute when they didn't have to. I will be a returning customer not only for that, but the positive talk and vibes are something I've really needed the last couple years. So thank you for EVERYTHING!! I LOVE MY HAIR once again!! Thank you!! ♡♡
